Peter Scott: President and Sole Owner
Born in England, Peter began his career in hospitality at the prestigious Hotel School in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he graduated with honours in 1965. He has been in the off-premise catering business since his arrival in Vancouver in 1967, and has owned Regency since 1972. In 2007 Peter sold his controlling shares, but will remain the Senior Food Consultant at Regency Caterers.


 

Aaron Silverman: Consultant
Educated at United College and the University of Manitoba, Aaron opened his first restaurant in Calgary in 1977, followed by three others over the following two decades.  In 1978 he began a consulting firm, which specialized in event planning, catering and menu design.  The highlight of this decade long enterprise took place during the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary; Aaron worked as a consultant for the Xerox Corporation, managing their food and beverage services and menu planning.  

Aaron has traveled extensively. He has studied in California and Italy and consulted both nationally and abroad.
